owned by Josh Straub. It is neither public domain nor
freeware. You may not modify it and distribute it as
your own. You may distribute it in its unmodified,
shareware form to as many people as you like for no
charge. You may charge the users recieving the software
a "transferring fee". Under no circumstances except with
explicit permission by the author shall you distribute
your or other persons Registration Key to Quake Name
Editor. When distributed to over 10 other users
the author would appreciate notification but this is not
mandatory. The author releases himself from all liability
for what the software may do to your computer, despite
the fact that it has been thouroughly tested.
